Lorinseria areolata

Lorinseria areolata is a deciduous fern native across the southeast, where it is found predominantly in wetland habitats. It grows best in full to part shade, and in soils that are wet to moist. It spreads through rhizomes and can become an excellent ground cover. Lorinseria areolata is a good plant for a wet garden setting.
